The first steps......

The most important first step is to secure a wedding date at either one of the three town halls available in Paphos or one of the two churches. Should you wish for a church service then please contact us as soon as possible as dates get booked up very quickly and we would like to avoid any dissapointment. There are three different types of services on offer.

Once you have securely booked your wedding date with us we will then guide you through the next most important steps. There is an amount of legal paper work involved to acquire your marriage licence. This is all very straight forward and explained on our legalities page. However each wedding couple may have different circumstances and we will guide you through all the details designing a list tailor made for your situation. Once all the legal paper work has been obtained by the bridal couple www.wedding-in-paphos.com will ask for copies to be sent either via fax/post or e-mail so we can DOUBLE-check these with the necessary authorities avoiding any dissapointment for brides and grooms on arrival. All wedding packages include an escorted interview to the town hall upon your arrival where you will produce the ORIGNAL paper work to get your marriage licence - we will be with you every step of the way...

www.wedding-in-paphos will be in constant contact with you from the moment of booking up until and including your arrival in Paphos. Prior to your arrival we will send you our CHECK LIST created individually for each bride giving you peace of mind before you even board the plane!

Once you are happily settled into your accomodation we will arrange a meeting time with you to finalise all last minute details. Interviews for the town hall will have already been set up for you and if you are having a church wedding, a meeting will have been arranged to meet the vicar. Items such as flowers are so personal so although we will have a good idea of what you require we will also take you to our flower designer to see the sort of flowers available here in Cyprus and create your ideal bridal bouquet. Hair and Makeup consulations will also be arranged for your arrival.
